City Council

The La Joya City Council is composed of five officials, elected at large.  The Council is among the best trained to respond to natural or civil emergencies.  The entire Council recently completed training in the National Incident Management System (NIMS) and are all member of the La Joya Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).

The Council invites the public to its Regular and Special Meetings to discuss items on the Council's Agenda.
